The DAN Power Equipment Plant provides professional services in laser cutting, plasma cutting, metal bending, welding and powder coating.

Our production complex is equipped with modern equipment with numerical control (NC), which allows us to manufacture parts and structures of any complexity with high accuracy, minimum tolerances and stable quality.

Laser cutting of sheet metal

Laser cutting is one of the most accurate methods of metal processing. It allows us to obtain finished parts with complex geometry, clean edges and high accuracy without the need for additional machining.

The enterprise uses a modern fiber laser complex MAGICK 3015S Fiber Laser with a power of 6000 W, which provides:

high cutting speed;
minimum cutting width;
accurate contour repetition;
economical use of metal;
stable product quality regardless of the volume of the order.

Plasma metal cutting

For the manufacture of large-sized parts, the plant performs plasma-gas cutting of sheet metal.

Maximum parameters

sheet size - 6000 × 2000 mm;
metal thickness - up to 100 mm.

Plasma cutting is used in the production of metal structures, power equipment, foundation plates, support elements and other large-sized parts.

Sheet metal bending

We perform high-precision metal bending on a sheet metal bending press with numerical program control.

Characteristics

press force - 160 tons;
bending length - 3100 mm;
maximum metal thickness - 6 mm.

Thanks to CNC, high repeatability of products is ensured even with large series.

Welding work

The production is equipped with modern semi-automatic welding complexes Fronius and ESAB.

We perform:

welding of black steel;
manufacturing of metal structures;
assembly of body products;
welding of parts up to 20 mm thick;
fitting;
straightening;
cleaning of welds.

Powder coating

To complete the production cycle, the plant provides powder coating services for metal products.

Painting is carried out in any color of the RAL palette.

Polymerization chamber

1500 × 1500 × 2500 mm

Powder coating provides:

high corrosion resistance;
mechanical strength;
durability;
aesthetic appearance of products.
